The student ministry exists to help students become faithful followers of Jesus Christ. The Grace Students meet every Wednesday at the church from 6:30-8:00 for food, games, and in-depth Bible study. We want this experience to be fun, but we’re more concerned that the students be challenged spiritually.

With an alarming rate of students leaving the faith once they get to college, we aim to cultivate a deeper understanding of the Gospel – equiping students to not only know what they believe, but also to be able to defend what they believe to outside objections. While we acknowledge that parents are ultimately responsible for their own child’s spiritual well-being, we seek to come alongside the parents to set up students for long-term spiritual growth.

In addition to the Wednesday gatherings, the students serve monthly at a local food pantry. This is an invaluable opportunity for our students to get outside their comfort zones and serve the needy in our community. We believe this type of service complements the in-depth Bible studies on Wednesday nights. That is, we desire God’s Word to influence not only the students minds and hearts, but their actions too.

The students also do periodic “hang-out” nights (Student Chill). And a couple times a year, we get together for bigger activities like paintball or skiing.
