who we are

Grace Bible Church of Moore, SC, was planted 28 years ago by Heritage Bible Church in Greer, SC. Our mission is "to glorify God by making disciples of all nations."

We partner with the Southern Baptist Convention for the cause of missions and theological education, and align ourselves with networks like The Gospel Coalition and 9Marks.

We are a conservative, evangelical congregation. Our polity is "elder-led congregational,” with godly, qualified men being empowered by the members to give directional and spiritual leadership to the church. We currently have three vocational elders (pastors) and four lay elders. Ministry is carried out by paid and unpaid ministry leaders (two full-time, 10 part-time, the rest volunteer).

Average Sunday attendance is 235, many of whom are children and students. Grace is situated in a fast-growing community, and a recent study found that 765 families had moved near the church in a span of just four months. We are midway between two major high schools and school districts with many of our students attending Christian or home schools.

Student ministry for grades 6-12 and meets on Wednesday nights. Grace Kids for infants-5th grade meets Sunday morning during services.
